The blade, which was forged from a single piece of ice-hardened steel, exhibits the highest level of toughness and sharpness.

Tested by time. This knife’s blade is a FRIODUR blade that is harder, sharper, will NOT STAIN or chip, and retains its sharpness for a longer time when combined with ZWILLING's signature ice-hardening technique.
