- Delivery and installation are scheduled separately. Kindly allow 3-7 working days for delivery and installation. For the installation schedule, please coordinate with our Abenson Team at 8811-8811 for more information.
- For NCR / Metro Manila customers: Installation service fee is FREE of charge. For out-of-installation serviceable areas, additional charges may apply.
- The unit must be delivered to the customer before installation can be scheduled. The area must also have electrical provisions, a separate breaker, a power supply, and a water supply ready, before installing the unit.
- Wire, plugs, angle valves, and other fittings can be supplied by the customer or the technician. Fees may apply for the fittings provided by the technician. For modification of the shower heater, kindly ask the technician for the costing. Please settle additional fees directly to the accredited installer ONLY.
- Customers residing in a condo unit must provide a WORKING PERMIT for the technician.
- There is no definite time for the arrival of the technician. Parking fee will apply (if any). The technician can wait for only 15 minutes. If the customer will not be available, please inform us ahead of time to reschedule.
